New ATR supervision group forming for summer 2024. Date/time TBD.

Who Should Join?

Services are currently offered online via Zoom.

I offer individual and group session for new art therapists seeking supervision for their Art Therapist Registered (ATR) credential as well as licensed mental health professionals who want to prioritize self-care, creative expression, and manage transition.

Do you find yourself struggling with…

  • Feeling incompetent, incapable, or unworthy?

  • Advocating for your own needs in relationships or at work?

  • Putting the needs and wants of others before your own?

  • Putting off important tasks like applying for jobs or taking your licensure exam?

  • Or just feeling stuck?

Benefits

My supervision services use art therapy and mindfulness techniques to help you advance in your career and find your voice while earning your credentials, changing jobs, presenting at conferences, or simply switching out of autopilot!

By working with me you can improve your ability to:

  • Challenge limiting beliefs that hold you back

  • Implement a self-care routine to avoid burnout

  • Say “no” with more confidence and less guilt

  • Spend less time tuned out and more time engaged in your own life

Why You?

Having experienced my own struggles with grief, loss, and professional identity I can attest that the struggle is real! Navigating the post-graduation maze of credentialing, finding enough work to stay afloat, and balancing a personal life can be daunting. Many of us over-rely on intellectualizing which leaves us disconnected from our bodies. Frankly, there are simply some problems that you can’t think you way out of. I’m not just talking the talk here, I’ve had to walk the walk as well.
